Members: we are all relieved that VIP Club member and
dear friend Suzanne Ludekens is finally on the mend. She was very near death
and has been hospitalized since May 19 because of a perforated ulcer. We are
so glad to report that Suzanne will be released on Monday, July 2. Yet her struggle
back to health will remain challenging. Suzanne faces a humongous hospital bill
that has hemorrhaged to over $300,000 pesos. Many generous sanmiguelenses have
already opened their hearts and wallets to help with her bill, considering she
is a single mother of two and has been out of work all this time. There has been
a fund set up through Biblioteca. If anyone would like to donate funds to help
Suzanne get back on her feet, go to Biblioteca and ask how you donate.
VIP Club members, Doug and Glenda Robinson, invite VIP

perform numbers from his CD "Midlife Chrysalis," and will also perform
duets with some of San Miguel's most talented musicians. Tickets are $200 pesos
and can be purchased at La Conexion or at Biblioteca. For further info call Glenda
at 152-2931.
