Your Club is always willing to promote and post individual
members' special events or interests along with events occurring in VIP Club
establishments'. Yet Your Club only sends out such news flashes when there's
an announcement germane to the club. We promote all events as courtesy but can
never guarantee anything that's time sensitive. We would have loved to post some
of the recent openings that just took place in some of our members' establishments
but Mean Ole Mr. Lightning, fried a modem and put us out of business, news flash
wise.
We're in the midst of high season and much is happening.
Here are some goings on taking place around town provided by some of your fellow
members.
Galeria Le Noir, Jesus 2-A, is cranking out an
ongoing exhibit that's eye opening and thought provoking with artist: Enrique
Gullien's,"Interlaced Nudity," a series of erotic images.
Yam Designer's Gallery, inside Instituto Allende, also show
cases an intriguing artist's exhibition to view. "Blessed in Hell," paintings
by Donald Johnson who's currently serving life in prison. Johnson's previous
exhibit at Yam was a sellout.
Romano's provides cover-free music on their back patio
Thursdays and Fridays. It's Parker and Young on Thursdays, featuring music we
all grew up with, and on Fridays, it's smooth Jazz with Mitchell and friends.
This Saturday, El Viejo Topo, presents, Ethan Azarian
and Melissa Knight, at 9 p.m., with the duet playing eclectic indie-folk. They
enjoy a good following up in Austin. He plays guitar, she cello. Cover $150 pesos.
Whether you're a box holder at Border Crossings or
not, use any of their services: Internet, fax or long distance calling, shipping
goods, packing or etc., get a free hour's worth of parking provided by Border
Crossings, in centro, at the valet parking lot behind Hotel Saulto.
